On September 13, 2018, the SUNY Impact Foundation celebrated the Inauguration of SUNY’s 13th Chancellor, Kristina M. Johnson, PhD at the iconic New York Public Library in Manhattan. Master of Ceremonies, Wolf Blitzer, and SUNY student performers entertained 400 attendees, including government officials, presidents of leading academic institutions, SUNY faculty, staff, system administration, the New York State business and philanthropic communities, and SUNY friends from around the world. Thanks to the generosity of corporate sponsors listed below, and many SUNY Impact Foundation donors, the dinner raised over $1 million. Net proceeds will be used to fund two initiatives that will secure the educational pathways of SUNY students: A Chancellor’s Fellowship Fund and a Near Degree Completion Grant Fund.
